I live my life pursuing material things and forget to take a break to live in the moment. I forget to appreciate the simple things life has to offer. Today, I took a step back to look at all the wonderful things that make me happy, and it turns out they are all priceless. It took me all these years to finally open my eyes and embrace the little things in life and enjoy living in the moment.
I will always remember to live, laugh, and love as life is way too short to be bothered my societal issues. Never allow nefarious energy affect your happiness, because in this moment, you owe it to yourself to appreciate the fact that you’re alive today.

Today, did i stop to smell the roses?

This day only comes once because tomorrow is not guaranteed

Today I live a life of making each and everyday count
Today I smelled the roses
Today I took a breath of appreciation
Today I took time to notice all the wonder beauty nature has to offer
Today I felt the sun warm my bare back like a mother’s embrace
Today I said hello to all my loved ones, because tomorrow is not guaranteed.
Rolling out of bed to the sound of chirping birds
I realized its a morning of a new dawn
Promising the adventure of nature
That awaits to be embraced by all who pay attention to the marvels of our surroundings
I walk towards the window and peer out to the bright morning sun
That baths the earth with its motherly warmth
In that moment my skin tingles with the appreciation of life
Here in this moment I live to see the day
Here in this moment I rejoice and take advantage of what I have
Here in this moment I cherish the love of family and friends
Here in this moment I will enjoy the pleasures of my life
And above all, I will spread the fragrance of love like the spring rose to all who need to be loved

Buoyant about what awaits ahead
I courageously take the wheel
And drive into the red sunset
To fill my tank with springs of wisdom
I peer through my rearview mirror
And see the fragile imagery of me
Crumbling down into the heat of summer
Wiping sweat from my somber brows
Today I put my foot on the pedal
And accelerate to new heights
Leaving all of my yesterday

I joyously sigh for relief

Where pain and hatred is foreign

I am the moon that lights up your night

Celestial Bodies: The mighty wonders
The divinity powers of heaven
The protectors and supporters of all earthly living things
All man is equal under the principles of celestial bodies
Oh earth! Today we salute you for all your undivided love
You are the source of our daily dose of oxygen
You grow the trees for us so they can clean out
All the toxic air we put out in the air
As humans sometimes we get carried out
And cause harm to you our lovely earth
Your landscape is a wonder of nature
So beautiful and it hurts to see you filled
With plastic that destroys your rhythm of
Life cycle
Today: Our dear earth, we celebrate you

Happy Earth Day everybody!
As I walk my dog down on the beach, he stops for a moment to stare at the beautiful blue water filled with foamy white waves as it washed out to shore. In that moment i realized that nature is such an admirable thing to the eye of any living thing. My dog awakened in me the appreciation of stillness. I quickly came to a standstill and taking note of the beauty in front of me.
Here is another picture that captured my imagination.
As I looked far yonder into the body of water I saw the surfer wave forming and once it approached the shoreline it broke into tiny white waves. The waves gushed whispers of the living waters, like the call of action that resembles a warriors’ pledge to serve and protect, as the blue sky marveled the power of togetherness in all its glory.
And it is when I recalled the power of stillness. The power of self-reflective.
Stillness is the power to identify majestic moments, stillness is a gift to listen to different sounds and relate that sound with what is going on around the world. Stillness has the ability to bind us as one, because sometimes in life it we tend to overload our daily lives with mundane things and forget the what we are best at.
Nature speaks many languages and delivers all kinds of messages, hence, its up to us to take time to appreciate the moment of stillness just like my dog and I did on our walk on the beach.
Find what piques you and nurture that talent, you never know your talent may be revered my others. Take time to appreciate a moment of stillness today and remember to take time to live, laugh, and love…
